One of my goals for 2016 is to take a course. In December I found out about Ali Edwards` online class One Little Word. It`s about choosing a word and then live with it for one year. I have never taken an online course before, so I decided to give it a try. And that`s the story why I already can check one goal of my list!

To find a word, was not so easy than I expected it to be. First I wanted a word like create or creative. I was determined that creativity would be my word for 2016. And then when I thought about my goals for the new year, I realized that one third of them have to do something with healthiness.
I want to do more steps.
I want to drink more water.
I want to do back muscle training.
I want to relax.

The more I thought about the word health, the more it appealed to me. As you know, I have some food intolerances. I really have to look out for what exactly I`m eating. Since October, I`m resigning sugar and alcohol and I want to keep it up until the end of the year. This doesn`t mean that I will eat no sugar or drink no alcohol at all. It just means that when I`m at home, I`ll try to bake without sugar and when I`m going out with friends I don`t have to drink a glass of wine every time! It`s the balance, that is important to me!

I want to try to live a healthier life. (Without being a health freak!)
I want to listen to my body and give it the things it needs.
I want to take a step back from time to time and look after myself.

Being healthy also means to me being happy. So I want to do more of the things I love.

I`m excited to see how this word will affect me and my life! I hope the word health will help me live a healthier and happier life.

Love, Caroline ♥

Please note: This is not a sponsored post. I`m taking this class, because I`m interested in it. If you want to do this class as well, you can sign up for it here.
The heart talisman in the photo is from I ordered it to make my word visible.
